What is AutoShip?

AutoShip is the most convenient way to get your horse's favorite supplements from Bluebonnet. We automatically ship the items you want based on the frequency you choose.

You always have complete control over your AutoShip orders. We’ll send an email reminder before each order ships, as well as a notification when your order is placed.

You can easily skip an upcoming order or change your delivery frequency, order date, or quantity by visiting your subscription dashboard under the "Customer Account" tab.

Changes can be made before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I sign up for AutoShip?

Set up an AutoShip subscription when purchasing qualifying items on bluebonnetfeeds.com. To subscribe, simply select your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.

How much will I be charged for AutoShip orders?

There is no extra cost to participate in AutoShip. In fact, AutoShip helps you save! Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders.

Orders will be charged to your default payment method at current prices. You can update your default payment method at any time under your Customer Account.

When will my AutoShip orders ship?

Your subscription will display a shipment date for all of your upcoming orders.

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of this date. If any items are on backorder, we will notify you and ship them as soon as they are back in stock.

Can dealers sign up for AutoShip?

Yes! To help better service your customers, we now allow dealers to set up AutoShip orders.

Can I use coupons or discounts with my AutoShip orders?

Not all coupon codes are allowed, but some are! Just give it a try. 😊

How do I manage my AutoShip subscriptions?

You can keep track of your subscriptions and manage upcoming orders, via your subscription dashboard under the Customer Account tab.

You can easily skip an upcoming order or change your delivery frequency, order date, or quantity.

Payment methods can be updated under your Customer Account. If you have any concerns, please reach out to orders@bluebonnetfeeds.com or call 580-223-3010.

How do I update the shipping address for AutoShip subscriptions?

Want us to ship your products somewhere else? No problem! Shipping addresses can be updated under your Customer Account. If you need help, please reach out to orders@bluebonnetfeeds.com or call 580-223-3010.

Can I change the quantity and frequency of my AutoShip orders?

To change the how often and how many of your AutoShip products ship simply log into your Customer Account and edit orders under your subscriptions dashboard.

What happens if my upcoming order is out of stock?

We’ll send you an email notifying you if an item in your upcoming subscription order is out of stock. We’ll fulfill your order as soon as it is available again.
