What purchases qualify?
Can I get rewards on feed purchases?
At this time, Bluebonnet® Loyalty™ Rewards are not eligible for feed purchases. Rewards can only be earned on products sold for direct shipment through bluebonnetfeeds.com.
Can I mail in receipts for rewards?
Bluebonnet® Loyalty™ Rewards is an online program and does not currently include receipt redemption. Rewards are only eligible for purchases made directly on bluebonnetfeeds.com.
Do coupons or discounts count toward rewards?
No. Bluebucks are calculated based on the final purchase amount after any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers are applied. Discounted portions of an order are not included in the Bluebucks calculation.
Do affiliate purchases qualify for rewards?
Yes. Affiliates are eligible to earn Bluebucks based on the actual dollar amount spent on qualifying purchases. Any coupons or promotional discounts applied to an order are excluded from the Bluebucks calculation and will not count toward Bluebucks totals.
Are Bluebonnet dealers eligible for rewards?
Bluebonnet dealers who purchase products at dealer pricing are not eligible to participate in the customer rewards program. This includes both feed and supplement dealers. The rewards program is designed specifically for retail customers purchasing at standard pricing.
How do refunds affect rewards?
If an order is refunded, any Bluebucks earned from that purchase will be removed. If the refund is issued as store credit, Bluebucks can be earned again when the credit is used on a new purchase.
