Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC Live Weight Horse Scale Use

Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge that using the Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC live weight horse scale involves inherent risks that may include, but are not limited to, injury to myself, my horse or horses, and damage to property. I understand and acknowledge that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated.

Assumption of Responsibility
I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that I or my horse or horses may incur while using the live weight horse scale provided by Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC. I understand it is my responsibility to assess the suitability of the scale for my specific needs and circumstances.

Agreement to Allow Bluebonnet Personnel to Handle the Horse
I agree that a trained Bluebonnet Feeds professional will handle my horse or horses during the weighing process. I understand this requirement is for safety and accurate use of the scale. I agree to follow all instructions from the Bluebonnet professional and to refrain from handling my horse or horses on or near the scale unless specifically directed.

Release of Liability
I release, waive, and discharge Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while using the scale, except where caused by the sole negligence of Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC.

Indemnity Agreement
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may occur due to the use of the live weight horse scale by myself or my horse or horses.

Medical Treatment
I consent to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary if my horse or I are injured while using the facility. I also agree to cover all medical expenses incurred as a result of any such event.

Agreement to Follow Rules and Instructions
I agree to comply with all rules and instructions given by Bluebonnet Feeds, LLC related to the use of its facilities. I understand that failing to follow these guidelines may result in injury or other consequences.

Binding Effect
This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
